Before more universal charging connector types, such as micro-USB and USB-C, each cell phone company used more proprietary connectors. Before the availability of low cost lithium ion power packs, some portable chargers were built around replaceable AA batteries.
These portable chargers have a common battery pack that holds 2 AA batteries and has a standard pin connector for the charging cable.
If you have some electronic soldering ability, you can probably modify the charging cable by attaching a different output connector to fit other devices and have a small, light weight, convenient, portable 5800 mAh power supply / charger that runs on readily available AA batteries.
The Motorola charger for "most" (older) Motorola cell phones comes with three (3) Motorola connectors (see photo).  The Nokia chargers for "most" (older) Nokia cell phones comes with one (1) pin type Nokia connector (see photo).  They all come with 2 AA Energizer "e2" lithium batteries, expiration date 2021. (I think that the AA e2 batteries are rated at 2900 mAh = ~5800 mAh of replaceable portable charging.)
